I am responsible for taking care of a big pool for a large HOA, and it's not often that I have a reason to give a five star review for service excellence. I'm pleased to say that Brian is that reason. This pool season, I've had several issues that needed immediate response. Each time, Brian was quick to contact me and advise me on what to do to manage things until he could get there to fix the problem (leaking valves, chem pump failure, etc.) He performed the inspection and identified major leaks in the system that was causing significant water loss, and prepared the plan needed to go forward with the repairs. I've been doing this for several years. This past year has been by far the best in terms of peace of mind when something needs fixed or if I have questions that help me do a better job. This is a direct result of having Brian as our "Pool Guy" The HOA president is very pleased with Brian and has asked for his advice on several potential upgrades to improve the existing system. He does the research and presents all the options. Bottom line is, if you want technical knowledge, dependability, quality work, quick response, and a great guy to work with, Brian's your guy!
